As a matter of urgency, we wish to inform Nigerians and International community that Federal Government of Nigeria under President Buhari led-administration has continued to oppress Sheikh Zakzaky & his wife illegally by denying them access to their International passport to travel abroad to seek proper medication on the multiple illnesses they are battlingwith since 2015. Public can recall that on 12th December, 2015. Sheik Zakzaky and his wife mu'allimah Zeenat were severally shots by the Nigerian army and dragged their bleeding bodies over the corpses of their 3 biologically assassinated children, and cruelly detained them with dangerous injuries for years.
Sheikh Zakzaky and his wife international passport were seized by Federal Govt of Nigeria is unconstitutional and gross violation of their fundamental rights. The general public is invited to recall that on 28th July, 2021, Kaduna State High Court presided over by Justice Gideon Kurada has vindicated Sheikh Zakzaky and his wife from all the fabricated and concocted charges against them which brought to an end of their stay in prison. In spite the facts that they have been illegally detained for over five years with dangerous injuries in their bodies which can end their pretty lives and now they are in urgent need of foreign medical treatment, the Government of anti-masses deny them access to their International passports.
We want use this medium to inform the general public, National and International community to know that “Sheikh Zakzaky and his wife are in serious need of proper medical attention, their health condition is deteriorating, still Buhari denies them the inalienable rights to it. In consequence, anything can happen to either of the couple.
Therefore, whatsoever happen to Sheikh Zakzaky and his wife's health, Buhari led-administration would be held responsible as they don't have any constitutional right to deny them access to their International passport as federal High court has declared them not guilty and innocent to the concocted charges.
