PREVENTION, CONTROL AND TREATMENT OF ASTHMA
When the person is suffering from asthma, or want to prevents from attacking with asthma, the following steps should be apply.
（1）- For the treatment of asthmatic attack, give the patient a hot drink or the inhalation of hot vapour from bowl of boiled water or vaporiser. This is to bring about a relaxation of the tissues in the air tract.
（2）- A team inhalation may be accompanied by a hot food bath to bring relief.

（3）- The patient should carry with him or her certain medically orescribed medications such as acrosal which he may spray into the throat and quickly inhaled, if he suffers recurring attacks.
（4）- The patient after a prolonged treatment should carefully observe and identify the factors which seem to trigger the asthma including pollens, house dust, feather pillows, pets, substances used in connection with her or his occupation, cold weather and so on. Avoiding contact with offending substances conditions or circumstances is the most statistiry way to prevent or relieve asthma.
（5）- Immunization with vaccine annually may help the patient.
（6）- Physical exercise is necessary but should be limited to the patient level of physical tolerance taking cognizance of her or his asthmatic condition.
（7）- Extremes of cold, humidity and emotions should be avouded by the patient.
