Measles is highly contagious acute viral infection, transmitted by the Airborn route. Inhalation of respiratory droplet spread by infected individuals,the disease mainly affect children under 5 of ege.Prevention.
-No chemo prophylaxis for contact.
-vaccination against Measles virus.
The first is administer at nine month of age.
-children must recieved a second dose b4 they are 5 years old in other to recover unvaccinated children or children who did not respond to the first dose.

Poliomyelitis is an acute viral infection due to polio virus (serotype 1,2,3) human to human transmission is direct (fecal-oral) or indirect ingestion of food and water contaminated stool.
